STARTUP PSYCHOLOGY

DESCRIPTION: 


This course will introduce basic behavioural science and decision-making techniques, answer how this approach is different from other traditional methods used in business and marketing, and ultimately, why it matters for entrepreneurs and investors in real-world scenarios. 


Entrepreneurs will learn about the most common heuristics and biases applicable to founders and startup teams and their impact on the success of their company or product based on real-world scenarios. 


Furthermore, the course will discuss tools of behavioural change and their efficiency, such as debiasing and influencing behaviour by changing context.
